    Hi Everyone! I am the designer of this book!

    I felt scattered and overwhelmed. Chronic back pain over the years had forced me to leave my job, and I felt trapped, physically limited and mentally exhausted. I couldn’t breathe deeply or find a moment of peace. Then I met Jordan and started to write this book with her. I don’t really know anything about health, tea, and wellness, but her ideas and way of life were alluring. My reason for going into this project was purely to help out on the design and writing for the content. But all of the amazing things in this journal were her ideas.
    Throughout our project, I learned so much by designing this. The breathwork, the journal prompts, and my favorite, the generous amounts of tea recipes that you can make at home! My perspective and mood changed. After going through the content, I am no longer attached to something I have or have no control over. I’m more present and creative, and my overall health and mood have drastically changed. I went from being an overthinker to someone who is comfortable living in the present despite the challenges and hardships we face daily. Not only have I been more positive, but I’ve completely eradicated body fatigue and brain fog thanks to all the guided poses, breathwork, and knowledge on teas this journal provides. As someone who has gone in and out of this book, I really do believe it can change lives as it has changed mine
